A Digital Engagement Framework: Inspired by Coffee

Personally, I find formal ‘frameworks’ slippery things which dissolve and crumple when faced with the messiness of  the quotidian, but institutions often find a shared diagram or protocol, or two, a useful way to keep a team of people in focus. The still quite ‘newness’ of  digital and social media, and its apparent lack of boundaries, engenders in some people a need for structure … well here is a framework which, I hope, might equally satisfy both the ‘highly structured’ and the ‘jump in and feel the freshness’ types.

It has been devised and used by Jasper Visser and Sumo Jim.. both people who know what they’re doing …
